Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order and personalized items may require 7–12 business days for processing before shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information using the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please note that carrier delivery times are estimates and may vary once your package is in transit.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order will be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
