Refund & Return Policy
We hope you love everything you order from Twisted Trends Boutique! 💕 However, we understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t work out. Please review our return policy below before making a return.
Returns & Store Credit
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair or odors
- Returned within the applicable 14-day return window
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.
Final Sale Items
All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
For health and hygiene reasons, jewelry and hats are also final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise to Twisted Trends Boutique. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when mailing a return, as Twisted Trends Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package orders, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include a photo of the item and the issue when contacting us so we can make it right. Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
Local Pickup Orders
For local pickup orders, the 14-day return window begins on the date your order is placed in the pickup bin, not the date you choose to retrieve it.
Please pick up your order promptly. Orders that remain unclaimed for 60 days will be considered abandoned and donated. Once an abandoned order has been donated, it cannot be refunded, replaced or issued store credit.
